Inspired by the surrounding glow of New York City, the lushly vegetated terrace incorporates custom-made neon sconces to imbue the quintessential urban spirit, while also aiding in the production of a unique artistic statement inspired by the flicker of street lamps, beaming headlights and the distinct glow of building windows.

A green hedge lines the boundary of the terrace, while an array of evergreen shrubs are placed on the corners. The neon-sconces are strategically placed on the building’s infrastructure and within the vegetation to fully illuminate the terrace.
