Ladurée, the well know Parisian tea room, has been expanding it’s brand across the world. While the bakery has had it’s first international shop on Madison Avenue open for a few years now, the new location in Soho services two full dining rooms and was recently completed with a garden, designed by CDL/S. Furnished with an urban orchard of cherry trees, formal French trellising, and an antique fountain, this outdoor space provides visitors with the illusion that they are dining on the romantic streets of Paris.

The outdoor dining area seats guests in the dappled shade of the cherry trees. The dark pavers and tree grates balance the limestone treated walls and light green furniture to support a tasteful color palate. Antique finials and a limestone fountain anchor the edges of the garden to convey a sense of timelessness and permanence.
